DECO Windshield Repair Guarantee
DECO offers a one year service warranty, money back guarantee on services preformed by one of our technicians*. All chip repairs up to and including the diameter of a "Toonie". Proof of purchase, in the form of an invoice, is required. Windshield crack repairs are something we are highly capable of but do not offer a guarantee on this service*. This includes work done at all DECO location as well as mobile sites.
There are many variables that a windshield may encounter before and after the service is completed. If a repaired chip or crack does not hold or prevent further damage to the windshield it is likely a cause of one of these variables. It is extremely rare, yet unavoidable that a repair will sometimes not hold. This is not a technical error but an inescapable hazard involved in windshield repair.
DECO is pleased to offer a re-repair at no cost to the customer for any repairs that were not preventative. DECO will refund the entire amount of a customers invoice on all repairs that do not yield a satisfactory outcome for one year after the original date of service, if the customer does not want a repair*. All refunds are issued by cheque directly to the customer*. All cheques are drawn and sent out from our Calgary office. In this unlikely event, please forward your receipt by fax or email to our office, please include a return address.

* All repairs completed in the province of Manitoba or Ontario by one of our technicians, on site or mobile, will carry a lifetime warranty on the repair.
